*crickets chirping?*
So...is this comm officially dead? (I don't see a new post or challenge in over three years).

Any interest in reviving it? I was thinking about starting a new rps drabble-challenge comm if this one is definitely kaput.

Spring Challenge
Spring Interlude
by: Innusiq

"Let's go," Mike ordered, entering Tom's trailer.

"Hello to you too," Tom greeted from the couch. "Where to."

"Anywhere, I just want to get off set but if you don't want to come . . ."

Tom rose, halting Mike's departure.

"Hey," Tom soothed, arms embracing Mike.

"It's nothing."

"I know you better," Tom warned.

Relaxing against Tom, Mike explained.

"It's Spring, the season's almost over . . . I just wanted a little time with you before we went our separate ways for the summer . . . Pathetic, I know but . . ."

Tom's kiss silenced Mike.

"I understand."

Tom and Mike were M.I.A. the rest of the afternoon.

Awards Challenge
I tried to write something for this challenge a month or so ago and nothing came, so I gave up. Then I was watching SV last week and was mesmerized by all the bad touching between Lionel and Lex, so I had an itch to write MR/JG. Not sure if this really fits the parameters of the challenge, but I hope you'll forgive me anyway. *g*

Well, they kind of fit the challenge...
Ok, so edie22 didn't close her Oscar Challenge. And to be honest? These drabbles deal only tangentially with the Oscars and their awards and reactions thereto.

But I did get majorly inspired today thanks to some lovely reports and even lovelier pictures located at:

So, with (whispered) *g* shout-outs to kryptonsite and to happyminion I present four 100 word drabbles very *vaguely* having to do with the Oscars.

I warn you, they are out and out pure schmoop!

Title(s): It Wasn't The Oscars - 1, It Was Better - 2, Better Still - 3, Best - 4
Author: Astrea
Pairing: Mike/Tom
Rating: PG-13 to R
Disclaimer: I'm sure this never happened... uh, mostly. I only wish it did. No harm, no foul, no disrespect intended.

True Value (WNBA RPS)
Title: True Value
Author: CG
Rating: PG, maaaybe.
Disclaimer: People real, slash fake. MVP real, sexualities at least half-fake.
Pairing: Lauren Jackson/Penny Taylor, Seattle Storm and Phoenix Mercury respectively.
Summary: Pride- always of the good.

Lauren edged through the door, trophy in hand. Penny tackle-hugged her, pelting her with kisses. "Guess you're happy for me," Lauren laughed. "I'd hoped to surprise you."

"Like I'd let that happen? I wanted to congratulate you right off. I'm so proud of you I could burst. You getting your due in America..." Penny had a broad grin on her face.

Lauren blushed. "Love, it's not that big a deal-"

"Youngest, first foreign-born, first from a non-playoff team... Loz, what you've done is incredible!" She paused. "Can I touch it?"

"You'll have your own someday," Lauren promised with a kiss.

Challenge Closed!! Thanks to evreyone that participated.

This week, something easier, hopefully.

Since it's Oscar time, let's write about how our favorite actors deal with awards. Like, after award parties... sitting at home just watching, or, whatever you like!

Have fun, write early, write often. Porn is always appreicated!

Wake-Up Call
Michael Rosenbaum/Tom Welling
Author: Edie

It was the funniest sleeping position that Tom had ever seen. The sneaking into Michael’s room had been disturbingly easy. Security was a complete joke

Michael was on his stomach with his ass in the air and his face was buried in the pillow. It was like he was begging for it – just *waiting* for Tom to show up and fuck him. It didn’t look very comfortable, but Tom couldn’t help staring.

As Tom got closer, the scent overwhelmed him and he licked his lips. Michael was going to be surprised by *this* wake-up call. Tom grinned and leaned closer.

Wow. I am a completely horrible Challenge keeper.

It was pointed out to me today that it has been a *month* since the last challenge. That's completley unacceptable. I swear that I'm going to start remembering this.

So. New challenge:

Remember, Any pairing, any rating... tell your friends. Post early and often.

Challenge will run for a week.

The latest 'dillo news (*snickers*) inspired this drabble. And thanks to the mad word slashing skillz of the ever-fabulous gothphyle, it shrunk from 145 to 100 words, and has an ending! *laughs*

His mouth fell open in shock. Chuckling turned to laughter, attracting Michael's attention.

"What's so funny?"

"Dude. You have to see this. Those thin blue pants you wore in Asylum? Your fans have some, uh...interesting ideas. And pictures."

Michael leaned over his shoulder to peer at the computer screen. "They screencapped my dick again, huh? Well...it *is* quite impressive." Michael nudged him with his shoulder.

He clasped Michael's hip, thumb stroking the skin just above his waistband. "They can speculate, but *I* know the truth." He leered at Michael.

"And aren’t you glad?" Michael’s kiss ended the discussion.

Title: The ‘Dillo
By: Anne
Pairing: Mike/Tom
Rating: NC-17
Disclaimers: If it happened, I wasn’t there. I’m just making it up.
For: yavannauk because I realized I made a mistake on her Christmas drabble by writing Clark/Lex instead of Tom/Mike like she requested. Sorry, Yavanna. I hope this makes up for it. *g*

Color Challenge
Title: Spectrum
Pairing: Jude Law/Ewan McGregor
Rating: PG
Disclaimer: Fiction. Inspired by the writers of Jude and Ewan at The Establishment RPG on JournalFen.

Jude's favorite color often changes with the blink of an eye. Sometimes it's blue: sky blue, ocean blue, topaz, turquoise, blue-green like waters of the Mediterranean. They all take their turn. Sometimes it's gray, clear and sparkling or dark and stormy.

Most of the time he'd be hard pressed, really, to give a definitive opinion on the subject. But at times like this, when Ewan is stretched over his lap, shuddering and moaning, his rounded buttocks still hot to the touch from the hard strokes he's been given; Jude knows utterly without a doubt that his favorite color is red.

Title: Tangled up in Blue

I had to :)
Title: Deeper Blue
Rating: PG
Pairing: Michael Rosenbaum/Jesse Metcalfe, one-sided Michael/Tom Welling and Jesse/Galen Gering

Explanations: Jesse appears on (according to IMDB) three Season 3 eps of Smallville as a character named Van, but he also appears on the US daytime soap Passions as Miguel Lopez-Fitzgerald, which is where (at the moment) I know him from. Galen Gering plays his brother Luis on the show and if I gotta tell you guys who Mike and Tom are...

Jesse noticed Michael's eyes first. So very blue. Turned in Tom's direction when he thought no one was looking.

Jesse knew about watching someone when no one was looking. Galen. Like Tom, married and oblivious. His eyes a darker brown after looking at Galen.

An offer of a beer, a friendly ear one night. Talking of how he'd been there too.

Michael's eyes glowing blue when he talked of Tom, Jesse's brown when he talked of Galen.

Then knowledge of a new colour deepening as they looked more closely at each other.

Then a kiss, and colours swirling around them.
